GURPREET S. JASSAL​​, 

B.A., LL. B., LL. M., Q. Med., Q. Arb.

 

After receiving his B.A. from York University (Toronto), Gurpreet successfully obtained his LL. B. in 2001 from Robson Hall, University of Manitoba (Winnipeg). After being called to the Ontario Bar, Gurpreet practiced as a Barrister and Solicitor with an established boutique litigation law firm in Mississauga for several years and subsequently founded Jassal Law.

Gurpreet furthered his qualifications by earning the Q. Med. and Q. Arb. designations from the ADR Institute of Canada (Ontario).

A firm believer of continued learning and development, he expanded his legal education and in 2021, Gurpreet successfully obtained his LL. M. in International  Commercial Law from the University of Salford (Manchester/Zurich). 

 

His current practice includes Civil and Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, Wills and Estates and Real Estate transactional work.
